It shall be unlawful for any person to deface,
mutilate, destroy or remove any property owned or operated by the
Borough of Downingtown or to commit a nuisance thereon.
[Amended 10-10-1990 by Ord. No. 90-16]
Any person violating the provisions of this
article shall, upon conviction thereof before the District Justice,
be liable to a fine not exceeding $600 and costs of prosecution, for
each offense, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to
imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 30 days.
