The provisions of the Abandoned Properties Rehabilitation Act, N.J.S.A.
55:19-78 through N.J.S.A. 55:19-105, are hereby adopted to be applicable to
properties in the City of Bridgeton, and those statutory sections are hereby
incorporated by reference in this article as if fully set forth.
The City Administrator and the Construction Code Official are hereby
designated as the Public Officers of the Municipality pursuant to N.J.S.A.
40:48-2.5 and N.J.S.A. 55:19-90.
The Public Officer is hereby directed to establish an abandoned properties
list pursuant to N.J.S.A. 55:19-55, and N.J.S.A. 55:19-55 through N.J.S.A.
55:19-59 are hereby incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.
