It shall be unlawful for a minor to enter any premises licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages for the purpose of purchasing or having served or delivered to him or her any alcoholic beverage.
It shall be unlawful for a minor to purchase, attempt to purchase, or have another purchase for him or her any alcoholic beverage on any premises licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages.
It shall be unlawful for any person to purchase, attempt to purchase, or serve any alcoholic beverage to any minor on any premises licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages.
It shall be unlawful for any minor to misrepresent or misstate his or her age for the purpose of inducing any retail licensee or any employee of any retail licensee to sell, serve or deliver any alcoholic beverages to him or her.
Any person who shall be adjudged guilty of a violation of this article shall be fined not more than $200 or be imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
