GENERAL REFERENCES
Amusements — See Ch. 74.
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 5:8-31 and 5:8-58, the games
of chance authorized under and pursuant to the provisions of the Bingo and
Raffles Licensing Law of the State of New Jersey may be conducted under any
license issued pursuant to said law, on any day of the week, including the
first day of the week, commonly known and designated as "Sunday."
All provisions of the Bingo and Raffles Licensing Law and the Legalized
Games of Chance Commission Law, including the rules, regulations and forms,
are hereby adopted.
