Township of Old Bridge, NJ Chapter 90 Bus Shelters

§ 90-1 Posting adhesive materials to bus shelters prohibited.

No person shall affix any adhesive label, sticker or like material to any bus shelter within the Township of Old Bridge.

§ 90-2 Violations and penalties. [1]

Any person affixing adhesive labels, stickers or like materials to any bus shelters within the Township of Old Bridge shall, upon conviction in the Municipal Court of the Township of Old Bridge, be subject to the penalty set forth in Chapter 1, Article II, Penalty.

§ 90-3 Legislative statement; cleanup.

Recognizing that the extent of any penalty is a matter within the sound discretion of the Municipal Court, the Township Council nevertheless expresses its collective view that any person violating this chapter should be given a sentence which includes an obligation of community service involving cleanup of Township bus shelters.
