From and after the effective date of this article, it shall be unlawful to operate within the confines of public parks, which are now or which may hereafter be owned, maintained and/or operated by the Borough of Baldwin, any commercial motor vehicle, motor bus, motor omnibus, truck, tractor, trailer, truck tractor or similar motor vehicle.
The proper Borough officials are hereby authorized and directed to immediately purchase, install and maintain official signs, in accordance with the Vehicle Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,[1] giving notice of the prohibition set forth in § 123-1 hereof.

Any person who shall violate the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $300 plus costs of prosecution or to imprisonment for up to 30 days.
