A.
All courts created by Article V of the State Constitution
and any court hereafter created shall assess, as a court cost, the
maximum amount allowed by F.S. § 943.25 against every person
convicted for violation of a state penal or criminal statute or convicted
for violation of a municipal or county ordinance, excluding parking
violations and also excluding bicycle and pedestrian violations payable
in the Violation Bureau.

B.
The City of South Pasadena shall assess an amount
of $2 for law enforcement education expenditures for their respective
law enforcement officers.
