The purpose of this article is to establish
a residency requirement for the Residential Refuse Clerk. It is the
belief of the Village Board of the Village of Wappingers Falls that
said residency requirement will assist in the administration of the
Residential Refuse Department.
It shall be required that any person serving
the Village of Wappingers Falls as the Residential Refuse Clerk must
reside within the Village of Wappingers Falls at the time of his or
her appointment and remain a resident throughout the term of his or
her employment.
