Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined
not more than $100 for any single violation. Each day such violation is continued
after due notice has been given by the Town Manager shall be deemed a separate
violation and shall be punishable as such.

This chapter has been specifically designated for enforcement by citations issued by designated municipal officers or employees, and the citation hearing procedure established by Chapter 91 of the Farmington Code shall be followed.
