During the period commencing May 15 through September 15 of
each and every year, it shall be prohibited for any person to operate,
use or allow the operation or use of any pile driver and/or any power-driven
machinery that drives sheathing within the corporate limits of the
City of Rehoboth Beach.
The operation of the aforesaid pile drivers during periods when
it is prohibited is permitted in emergency situations only if the
Mayor and City Manager find that a bona fide emergency exists.
