[Adopted 3-21-1996 by L.L. No. 3-1996]
The provisions of Real Property Tax Law § 1903,
concerning the homestead base proportions, are hereby adopted.
The homestead base proportions shall be established
by resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Southeast in accordance
with the rules of the State Board of Equalization and Assessment and
shall apply to taxes levied on the 1996 final assessment roll and
to taxes levied on subsequent rolls until this article shall be repealed.
