Except in an emergency or in compliance with the direction of a police officer, all persons shall walk their bicycles on the sidewalk bordering the following streets:
A. 
The east side of Pleasantville Road beginning at a point 389 feet north of the north side of Pump House Road to the south side of North State Road.
Except in an emergency or in compliance with the direction of a police officer, no person shall park a bicycle, other than in racks designated for the parking of bicycles, on the sidewalk bordering the following streets:
A. 
The east side of Pleasantville Road from the north side of Pump House Road to the south side of North State Road.
This chapter shall not apply to police patrol on bicycles.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter will be punishable by a fine of not more than $50.
