No map or plat of private land received for record shall exceed twenty
by thirty-one (20 x 31) inches in size and a duplicate of all such plats upon
tracing cloth shall be filed with the City Clerk before any such plat shall
be recorded by the City Clerk.

The fee shall be the maximum allowed under state law.
