Editor's Note: Former Art. IV, Number of Liquor
Licenses, approved 12-7-1989 by Ch. No. 2118, as amended, was repealed
9-8-2005 by Ch. No. 2777.
The holder of a liquor license issued pursuant
to Rhode Island law shall not assign, rent, lease or let the license,
but may transfer his or her interest therein only as provided under
Rhode Island General Law.
