A. 
When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall operate any commercial vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule I on file in the office of the City Clerk, except that such vehicles may be operated thereon for the purpose of delivering or picking up materials or merchandise and then only by entering such street at the intersection nearest the destination of the vehicle and proceeding thereon no farther than the nearest intersection thereafter.
B. 
In addition to the streets described in Schedule I on file in the office of the City Clerk, when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall operate any commercial vehicle at any time upon Cottage Street between Central Avenue and Exchange Street, except that such vehicles may be operated thereon for the purpose of delivering or picking up materials or merchandise and then only by entering such street at the intersection nearest the destination of the vehicle and proceeding thereon no farther than the nearest intersection thereafter.

C. 
For purposes of this section, the term “commercial vehicle” shall mean any truck with a net weight of 10,000 pounds or more and/or three axles or more.

All vehicles over 10,000 pounds gross vehicle weight shall be banned from parking upon any street within the confines of the City of Pawtucket between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday and shall be banned entirely from parking upon any street within the confines of the City of Pawtucket on Sundays and holidays. The penalty for each violation shall be $52 ($56) for each and every day that the violation continues.
A. 
A person shall not operate a vehicle for the purpose of collecting ashes, rubbish, offal and/or garbage in certain streets of the Central Business District between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
B. 
A person shall not operate a vehicle for the purpose of the delivery of coal and/or oil in certain streets of the Central Business District between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on weekdays, except on Tuesday and Thursday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
C. 
A person shall not operate a truck, trailer, semitrailer and/or tractor-trailer for the purpose of loading or unloading merchandise or other equipment in certain streets of the Central Business District between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on weekdays, except on Tuesday and Thursday between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., except that the Director of Public Safety may grant a temporary change in the restricted hours of loading and unloading due to extreme hardship.
