No person, corporation or unincorporated association shall cause, suffer,
allow or permit any specimen of human blood or human semen to be abandoned
in any public or private place, or to be left unattended in a place other
than a permanently enclosed building. For the purpose of this chapter, the
placing of such specimen in any box, container or other enclosure located
on the exterior portion of any building or structure, whether or not such
box, container or other enclosure is secured with a locking device, shall
be construed as a violation of this chapter.
Any person, corporation or unincorporated association who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as provided in Chapter
1, Article
I, General Penalty. Each violation of any of the provisions of this chapter and each day that such violation continues shall be deemed and taken to be a separate and distinct offense.
