The Council of the Borough of Dallastown, and it is hereby enacted
and ordained by the Authority of the same, that the Borough does hereby
provide for the appointment of an independent auditor who shall be
a certified public accountant, registered in Pennsylvania, a firm
of certified public accountants so registered or a competent public
accountant or a competent firm of public accountants to perform the
duties and exercise the powers as conferred upon them by the appropriate
provisions of the Borough Code.[1]
