The Mayor is authorized to execute and deliver,
on behalf of the City, agreements approved by the Planning and Zoning
Commission providing for cash deposits with the City by developers
to secure to the City the actual construction, installation and maintenance
of improvements in subdivisions approved by the Planning and Zoning
Commission.
