Drinking alcoholic beverages, as defined in Article 2B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, is hereby authorized in the following areas, subject to
the limitations generally applicable to private residences and subject to
all other laws, rules and regulations governing such conduct on the premises:
A.
On water craft moored or docked at any City owned marina.
B.
On that portion of any pier which is constructed over
water in any City owned marina.
C.
On the premises of the Havre de Grace City Hall and all
fire houses located within the City of Havre de Grace.
D.
Other City-owned or -controlled property with the express
written permission of the Mayor and City Council.
