No person, firm, association or corporation shall place or put into any of the storm drains of the Borough any lubricating oil, gasoline, kerosene or other petroleum product or any other matter which might be injurious to or which might interfere with the proper operation of the storm drainage system of the Borough; nor shall any person, firm, association or corporation place any such product or matter where it might flow, be washed or find its way into any such drain or drains.

Any person, firm, association or corporation violating any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, § 1-17A, of the Code of the Borough of Palmerton.
