It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to possess,
store or use dynamite or other explosives within the Township of Boonton without
first having obtained a permit for said purpose from the Township Clerk as
hereinafter specified.
Upon receipt of such application, duly completed in accordance with the requirements of §
79-2 above, and upon receipt of the permit fee as hereinafter specified, the Township Clerk may issue such permit.

There is hereby established a fee for each permit required under this chapter, which fee shall be paid to the Township Clerk at the time the application is made and which fee shall be as set forth in Chapter
82, Fees.
It shall be unlawful to use dynamite or other explosives between the
hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. and on Sundays.
The possession, storage and use of dynamite or other explosives shall
conform with the legal requirements of the State of New Jersey with respect
thereto.
All permits granted hereunder may be revoked at any time by the Township
Committee of the Township of Boonton.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject, upon conviction, to the penalties provided in §
1-15 of this Code. Each day dynamite or other explosives are possessed, stored or used in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
