The Treasurer of the City of Cohoes is hereby
empowered to make any and all reasonable and necessary requirements,
rules and regulations concerning the request for, and the preparation
of, duplicate tax bills.
The fee for the preparation of a duplicate tax
bill as provided herein shall be $5.
