[HISTORY: Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Hornell as
part of Ch. 8, Art. I, of the 1970 Municipal Code. Amendments noted where

It shall be unlawful for any persons to erect to construct or cause
to be erected or constructed within the limits of the city any fence, structure
or barricade any part of which fence, structure or barricade is at any time
or at any intervals of time charged with electrical current.
It shall be unlawful for any person to erect or construct or cause to
be erected or constructed within the limits of the city any fence, structure
or barricade any part or portion of which fence, structure or barricade shall
consist of barbed wire, unless that portion of such fence, structure or barricade
consisting of barbed wire shall be at least six feet above the level of the
ground.
