Garbage, rubbish and refuse — See Ch. 160.
No person shall without permission from the owner or occupant throw or place or cause to be thrown or placed in any yard, doorway, porch, house or vestibule any sample or sample package of medicine or any substance, dodger or handbill which may litter such place or cause annoyance or inconvenience to such owner or occupant without permission from the mayor.
No person shall throw or place or cause to be thrown or placed in any yard, doorway, house or vestibule or in any public place whatever any book, pamphlet, handbill, dodger or wrapper upon which shall be written or printed any vile, indecent, immoral or obscene language or upon which shall be written or printed any vile, indecent, immoral or obscene sketch, drawing or picture.
Violations of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in § 1-1 of the Code.
