Pursuant to the authority vested in this Board under § 3-300,
Subdivision 2, of the Village Law of the State of New York, no person shall
be eligible to be appointed as Treasurer of the Village of McGraw or, once
having been appointed, shall be eligible to continue to serve therein who
is not a resident of the County of Cortland.
