No person shall burn in any outdoor place any trash, garbage, lumber or any other combustible material unless such material shall be burned in a screened metal receptacle, the interstices of which are not greater than one inch square, or in an outdoor fireplace or unless the same meets the requirements of § § 40-5 through 40-7 hereof.
No person shall kindle, or maintain any fire or authorize any fire to be kindled or maintained on or in any public street, alley or road, except as set forth in § 40-4.
No person shall kindle or maintain any fire or authorize such to be kindled or maintained without obtaining a permit from the Board of Fire Commissioners of the appropriate fire district or from its duly authorized representative.
During construction or demolition of buildings or structures, no waste materials or rubbish shall be disposed of by burning on the premises or in the immediate vicinity thereof, unless a permit has been obtained from the appropriate Board of Fire Commissioners or its duly authorized representative.
