As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
Every vehicle that is self-propelled, including motorcycles
and minibikes.
No motor vehicle shall be operated on the premises
of any village park or other property owned by the village, except
upon highways or roads within the village as permitted by other provisions
of this Code and the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York
or for maintenance as authorized by a village official.
