Editor's Note: This local law superseded former
Art. III, Penalties, adopted 11-19-1985 by L.L. No. 2-1985.
A violation of any provision of this chapter shall be an offense
punishable by a fine of not less than $100 and not exceeding $250.
A second or subsequent offense shall be punishable by a fine of not
less than $250 nor more than $500. In cases where the offense is a
continuous one, each day the offense is continued shall be a separate
and additional offense hereunder.
