The Town of North Branford shall be a member
of the East Shore District Health Department. All employees of the
District shall have the necessary degrees and certifications, pursuant
to the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health Addictive
Services requirements. All installations, connections and inspections
shall be in accordance with the State Department of Health's regulations
and requirements in effect at the time of the work. All fees and inspection
procedures shall be made, pursuant to State Department of Health's
regulations.
