As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
TRUCK
Every commercial motor vehicle other than public safety, educational, municipal and municipal purpose vehicles, used or maintained primarily for the transportation of property and includes a motor vehicle designed and used for the purpose of drawing a semitrailer, as well as the vehicle drawing the semitrailer and the semitrailer.
A. 
No person shall operate any truck on Forest Street except while on a trip with a point of origin from or destination on Forest Street.
B. 
No person shall operate any truck on that section of Dividend Road north of Woodland Road except while on a trip with a point of origin from or destination on said section of Dividend Road.
C. 
No person shall operate any truck on that section of Brook Street which is east of Henkel Way except while on a trip with a point of origin from, or destination on, said section of Brook Street east of Henkel Way.
D. 
No person shall operate any truck on Henkel Way and Capitol Boulevard except while on a trip with a point of origin from or destination on said Henkel Way and Capitol Boulevard.
A. 
The Chief of Police shall cause to be erected appropriate signs on Forest Street, which signs shall clearly spell out that all truck traffic is prohibited on Forest Street in accordance with this article.
B. 
The Chief of Police shall cause to be erected appropriate signs on said section of Dividend Road, which signs shall clearly spell out that all truck traffic is prohibited on the Dividend Road section.
C. 
The legal traffic authority shall cause to be erected appropriate signs on said section of Brook Street, which signs shall clearly spell out that all truck traffic is prohibited on Brook Street east of Henkel Way.
D. 
The legal traffic authority shall cause to be erected appropriate signs on Henkel Way and Capitol Boulevard which shall clearly spell out that all truck traffic is prohibited.
A. 
Any person violating the terms of §§ 230-5A and 230-6A of this article shall be fined $25 per day, each day's continued violation constituting a separate offense.
B. 
Any person violating the terms of §§ 230-5B and 230-6B of this article shall be fined $50 per offense, each day's continued violations constituting a separate offense.
C. 
Any person violating the terms of §§ 230-5C and 230-6C shall be fined no more than $100 for each offense.
D. 
Any person violating the terms of §§ 230-5D and 230-6D shall be fined no more than $100 for each offense.
