The practice of going in and upon private residences
of the Town by solicitors, peddlers, hawkers, itinerant merchants
and transient vendors of merchandise, not having been requested or
invited to do so by the owner of owners, occupant or occupants of
the private residences, for the purpose of soliciting orders for the
sale of goods, wares and merchandise, or for the purpose of disposing
of, peddling or hawking the same, is a nuisance and punishable as
such nuisance as a misdemeanor.

The Sublette County Sheriff and deputies are directed to suppress and to abate any such nuisance as is prescribed in §
334-1.

Any person convicted of perpetrating a nuisance as described in §
334-1 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to the general penalty in Chapter
1, Article
IV, General Penalty.
