A. 
In the Park District, no building or premises shall be used and no buildings shall be erected or altered for other than one or more of the following uses:
(1) 
Bathhouses and swimming pools.
(2) 
Places for the storage, rental or sale of boats, boat equipment, fishing equipment and similar equipment.
(3) 
Yacht clubs.
(4) 
Parking spaces subject, however, to the other provisions of this chapter.
(5) 
Restrooms and comfort stations.
(6) 
Places for storage of equipment necessary for the maintenance and conduct of parks.
(7) 
Restaurants, tearooms and lunch counters, but only one building coming under this subsection will be permitted in each park district.
(8) 
The municipality-owned open spaces, including but not limited to the following uses: Village facilities such as, but not limited to, water, utilities, Village Hall, library, museum and public works facilities.

Recreational facilities and community center.

B. 
Any proposed use or use or modification of any existing structures or any proposed new structures or any other proposed improvements other than routine maintenance for any of the parcels subject to this chapter are subject to the review and approval of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Bayville.

Except as to the restrictions on use as hereinbefore set forth, all buildings in the Park District shall conform in all respects to the requirements for buildings in the Business District, as set forth in this chapter, and shall be subject to the same restrictions and limitations applied to such Business District.
