These regulations shall be known and may be cited as the "Boston Subdivision
Regulations."
By authority of a prior resolution adopted by the Town Board of the
Town of Boston, the Planning Board of the Town of Boston is empowered and
authorized to study and to approve or disapprove, in accordance with the procedures
and regulations of this chapter, plats for land subdivisions, residential
and commercial, within the Town of Boston.
