This chapter is enacted pursuant to the authority of Article 9-A of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York and shall be known as the "Games of Chance Law of the Village of Scotia."
The words and terms used in this chapter shall have the same meanings as such words and terms as used in Article 9-A of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York.
A. 
Licenses may be issued by the Town of Glenville Clerk for games of chance conducted within territorial limits of the Village of Scotia by an authorized organization after obtaining a license therefor, if necessary, in accordance with the provisions, requirements and limitations of Article 9-A of the General Municipal Law, the rules and regulations of the New York State Racing and Wagering Board and this chapter.
B. 
Games of chance may be conducted on Sundays.
