The Board of Supervisors is the legislative body of Page County and sets policies to serve the interest of its citizens. The Page County Board of Supervisors is composed of one elected member from each of the five election districts. The term of office is four years.

The annual salaries of members of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Page, Virginia, shall be $5,500 per member and an additional $1,800 for the Chairman and $1,200 for the Vice Chairman, pursuant to § 14.1-46.01:1 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended.[2] The maximum annual salaries herein provided will be adjusted by an annual inflation factor equal to the percentage increase awarded to all County employees for FY 2009 in the amount of 2.4%.
