Unless otherwise expressly stated or the context clearly indicates
a different intention, the following terms shall, for the purpose
of this chapter, have the meanings indicated in this section.
The legally designated health authority of the State Board
of Health for Page County or his authorized representative.
Vehicles primarily designed for travel on the public highways
and temporary occupancy thereof while traveling and required to be
licensed, registered and inspected pursuant to the requirements of
the Code of Virginia and the Division of Motor Vehicles of the Commonwealth
of Virginia.
May extend and be applied to firms, corporations, associations,
partnerships and bodies politic as well as individuals.
Any structure which in its original design possessed the
characteristics of a mobile home enabling its transportation over
the public roads and streets, whether on its own wheels or not, or
any vehicle designed or used or maintained for use as a conveyance
upon highways, so designed and so constructed as to permit occupancy
thereof as a dwelling or sleeping place for one or more persons.
