No person may perform the services of massage therapy or bodyworking
or operate a business of massage therapy and bodyworking without first having
been licensed by the State of Wisconsin. Further, §§ 460.01
to 460.17, Wis. Stats., are hereby incorporated by reference as though set
forth in full, as they may be amended from time to time.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter or any regulation, rule or order made hereunder shall be subject to a penalty as provided in § 1-4 of this Code.
