Plats concerning subdivisions of land located outside of the Town limits but within one mile thereof which are submitted to the Town for review and approval shall be submitted and processed in the same manner as preliminary and final subdivision plats under Article
III, Plat Approval; Article
V, Preliminary Plat; and Article
VI, Final Plat, of this chapter of the Pinedale Code, excepting the requirements under §
400-29, Improvements completion or assurance, regarding the construction or assurance of improvements, and under §
400-33A(3) and
(4) regarding cross sections of streets and utilities and the Town Engineer's certification regarding a utility map shall not apply.
All roads and streets located in subdivisions of land located outside of the Town limits but within one mile thereof for which the plats are submitted to the Town for review and approval shall comply with Article
VII, Streets, of this chapter, except for the following sections:
A. Section
400-51, Dead-end streets; culs-de-sac.
B. Section
400-52, Marginal access streets.
C. Section
400-53,Through traffic on minor streets.
D. Section
400-59, Construction standard; grades.
E. Section
400-62, Names; house numbers.
The provisions of §
400-51, Dead-end streets; culs-de-sac, shall apply to roads and streets located in subdivisions of land located outside of the Town limits but within one mile thereof, the plats of which are submitted to the Town for review and approval except as modified herein. Culs-de-sac shall be allowed, provided easements are created to allow future streets to be constructed so as to allow through traffic where reasonably requested by the Town Council. Culs-de-sac shall not be required to be paved.
