If any provision, paragraph, word, section or
article of these rules and regulations is invalidated by any court
of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions, paragraphs, words,
sections, and chapters shall not be affected and shall continue in
full force and effect.
The invalidity of any section, clause, sentence,
or provision of these rules and regulations shall not effect the validity
of any other part of this regulation which can be given effect without
such valid part or parts.
The Town of Barre shall not be held responsible
for any inconvenience or damage due to breakdowns or stoppages.
