No ashes of any kind shall be deposited within
any shop, store, house, hotel, church, office, shed, barn or society
room, nor within 10 feet of any such building in said Village, unless
in some brick, stone, metallic or nonflammable container so constructed
as to be perfectly secure against fire, under the penalty of not more
than $250 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both,
for each offense.
