The position of Council Clerk to the Council
of the City of Lackawanna, New York is hereby established by resolution
of the Council.
The Council shall appoint the Council Clerk
by resolution for a period of four years.
The Council Clerk shall act as the administrative
assistant to the Council to coordinate their legislative and official
functions, and in this capacity to act as a liaison between the Council
and the public. He or she shall also perform such other and different
functions and duties as the Council shall direct.
