Pursuant to the Local Tax Enabling Act, Act
511 of 1965, P.L. 1257,[1] the Borough of Brookville hereby levies, assesses, and
collects, or shall provide for the levying, assessment, and collection,
of a per capita tax in the amount of $5 on each and every resident
of the Borough 18 years of age or older, for the period beginning
January 1, 1975, and a like per capita tax in the same amount for
each calendar year thereafter.

that apply to per capita tax are hereby incorporated and made a part
of this article.
