[Adopted 11-18-1980 by Ord. No. 117
as Ch. 7-05, Secs. 7-05.01, 7-05.03 and 7-05.04 of the 1980 Code]
The Michigan Vehicle Code for Michigan Cities, Townships, and Villages
shall be adopted.
A.
Adoption. The Michigan Vehicle Code for Cities, Townships
and Villages as compiled under the supervision of the Secretary of State,
1973 Revision, as from time to time amended, is hereby adopted by reference
as in this article modified.
B.
Alteration: “governmental unit” defined.
References in the Michigan Vehicle Code for Michigan Cities, Townships, and
Villages to “governmental unit” shall mean the Charter Township
of East China.
The East China Charter Township Clerk shall publish this article in
the manner required by law and shall at the same time publish a supplementary
notice setting forth the purpose of the said Michigan Vehicle Code and of
the fact that complete copies of the code are available at the Office of the
Clerk for inspection by and distribution to the public at all times during
regular office hours.
