The purpose of this article is to establish a schedule of fees to be
paid to the Town of Johnston in receipt for digital orthographic information.
The following fee schedule for digital orthographic information is hereby
adopted as follows:

$250, plus $100/acre after the first acre

$1,150, plus $50/acre after the first 10 acres

$3,150, plus $30/acre after the first 50 acres

As of the effective date of this article, digital orthographic information
will be delivered on CD-R (compact disc-writable). Later distribution of this
information shall be dependent upon current practice and based on the medium
considered to be standard at the time of transfer. Copyrighted material will
not be available for distribution and is excluded from this fee schedule.
