The Emergency Government Director for the Village of Sauk City shall
be appointed by the Village President, with Board confirmation, subject to
the conditions and provisions set forth in the Wisconsin Statutes and the
joint action ordinance.
The Sauk County Hazard Mitigation Plan is hereby adopted for the Village,
and the Village President and Administrator are hereby authorized to execute
any and all documents and take any and all actions necessary in relation to
the plan. A copy of the plan is on file at the office of the Village Administrator.
