Repeal Chapter 250: Land Use and Zoning Regulations. This chapter will be included within the new Unified Development Code (new Chapter to be determined) that was adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Doña Ana County on December 13, 2016, by Ordinance 287-2016. On 01/24/17, the Board of County Commissioners of Doña Ana County also adopted Resolution 2017-18 establishing the Schedule of Fees for the Unified Development Code. Both are effective on February 2, 2017; and are located under the “New Laws” tab and can be accessed by clicking on the hyperlinks above. /rc
