It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation to throw, dump or place or cause to be thrown, dumped
or placed upon any of the public streets, lanes or alleys within the
Town any wastepaper or other refuse or to burn or cause to be burned
any wastepaper or other refuse upon any of said public streets, lanes
or alleys.
