The owners of the property adjoining any street
or alley of the Town of Princess Anne, Maryland, shall keep said sidewalks
adjoining their property clear of snow.
It shall be the duty of the owners of property as described in § 135-13 of this article to remove and clear away from the sidewalks adjoining their property all snow within 24 hours after it shall cease snowing.
