As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
EMERGENCY VEHICLE REPAIR
Those repairs necessary to allow a disabled vehicle to be removed from a street or highway.
PROPERTY
Any real property within the Town which is not a street or highway.
SERVICE FOR MAINTENANCE PURPOSES
All other work done to a vehicle not defined as an "emergency vehicle repair."
STREET or HIGHWAY
The entire width between boundary lines of every way publicly maintained when any part thereof is open to the public for purposes of vehicular traffic.
VEHICLE
A machine propelled by power other than human power and designed to travel along the ground by use of wheels.
It shall be prohibited for any person to perform service for maintenance purposes or any other nonemergency vehicle repairs on any vehicle stopped or parked on the streets of the Town of Princess Anne.
For the purposes of this article, it shall make no difference that the activities prohibited by § 135-33 of this article are conducted by a person or persons for hire.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a municipal infraction and shall be subject to a penalty as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, § 1-8 of this Code.
