A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person over the age of 11 to ride a bicycle, moped, skateboard or similar devices and vehicles upon any sidewalk within the main business district where posted.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person over the age of 11 to ride a bicycle, moped, skateboard or similar devices and vehicles on any of the sidewalks in the Town of Princess Anne where posted.

A. 
Whenever a person is riding a bicycle upon a sidewalk, such person shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian, and shall give an audible signal before overtaking and passing such pedestrian.
B. 
No person riding upon any bicycle shall attach himself or herself his or her bicycle in any manner to any moving vehicle or other bicycle, nor shall be or she hook anything on to or tow anything from his or her bicycle.
C. 
Persons riding bicycles shall not ride more than two abreast at any time.
D. 
No person riding a bicycle shall carry any package or article which prevents him or her from keeping at least one hand upon the handlebar.
E. 
No bicycle shall be ridden at any time in any place in such a manner as to be dangerous to any person or property.
F. 
No bicycle shall be driven upon any street or public way from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise without displaying a white light attached to the front of the bicycle, and visible at a distance of at least 500 feet to the front, and a red light attached to the rear of the bicycle, visible for a distance of at least 300 feet to the rear, except that a rear red reflector of not less than 1 1/2 inches in diameter may be used instead of a rear light.
A violation of this article shall be declared to be a municipal infraction and shall be subject to a penalty as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, § 1-8 of this Code.
